The Fourth Wave Building

formerly the Northern Indiana Public Service Company Building (NIPSCO)

On March 2, 2004, it was announced that NIPSCO sold this building for $2.5 million to Arlington Capital.  The building has 35,000 square feet and will be used for Arlington Capital's headquarters as well as office space for other businesses.  The Fort Wayne Museum of Art had considered buying the space to expand their exhibition and educational programs.  The building has been renamed the Fourth Wave Building.  Fourth Wave links.
