Headwaters Park

downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana

The park is split down the middle by Clinton Street which is called the "Clinton Parade" or "Avenue of Trees".  Officially, the park is known as Headwaters Park, but for the purposes of this website, the park is split into halves.  Geoff Paddock, executive director of the Headwaters Park Alliance, Inc. has written, "Headwaters Park - Fort Wayne's Lasting Legacy."  This book has history of the area including history of the park's development and construction.
