8/27/2007 - I stopped by the shop this afternoon and was told they will cease operations Friday the 31st.
Demolition will occur in the next 2 weeks. Their utilities will be cut off the 31st so that Martin may begin
removal of the utility lines. They began removal of equipment and the lifts in the building over last weekend.
When looking at the difference between the Tax Value and what was paid by the City, keep in mind
that this was a 20-year old family owned business. Unable to find a suitable location, they have ceased
operations for the time being which also means income has stopped until they are able to reopen.
