Pennsylvania Railroad Shops

For 100 years, until
the early 1950's, the Pennsylvania
Railroad used this site
for construction and repair
of rolling Stock.
Over 300 locomotives and
12,000 cars were designed
and built here.  In its
hey-day more than 1,000
